1. License Grant
Upon purchase, Apophenia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and use the software on up to 2 computers you own or control. This license is for personal or commercial use in your own music productions.
2. Restrictions
- You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or license key.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin binaries.
- You may not use the plugin to create competing products.
3. Updates
Your purchase includes free updates within the same major version (e.g., 1.x). Major version upgrades may be offered at a discounted upgrade price.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Apophenia does not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Apophenia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
